Processing + Shipping Information

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders will have a cut off date on the 29th of each month with an estimated ship out/pick up date for the 15th of the following month.

For example:

Last day to order is September 29th, and you've placed an order on the 29th of September. Your order will be available for pick up or ship out in the mail as early as October 15th.

Last day to order is September 29th, but you've placed an order on the 30th of September. Your order will be available for pick up or ship out in the mail as early as November 15th.

When you place an order with in-stock and pre-order, in-stock items can ONLY be available for pick up in person if you choose not to wait. Please send us email along with your order number to hello@thebwaitestore.com if you would like to pick up any in-stock items.

Other wise all items will ship out or available for pick up when pre-orders are ready. 

SHIPPING
We ship all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

PROCESSING + DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Custom or personalized orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states which includes all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Holiday volumes or inclement weather may impact your estimated delivery date.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
